What is your return policy? You are eligible for a product exchange if :
1. The item is faulty
2. We have delivered a wrong item
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your products.
- Wear and tear of coffee equipment’s are not acceptable for return and exchange.
- Damaged items must be returned together with original box and receipt, in an original condition.
- Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Cyber Sale) are not accepted for return and exchange.
- Missing item during delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Our staff will assist you further on the matter.
- Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances (i.e Natural disaster, COVID outbreak) or peak season are not accepted for return and exchange.
What will I get back?
You can choose either for a full refund to your Account or to exchange to a same price item.
How can I return my purchase?
